Neat Interactive, a digital marketing agency with offices in Bangkok and Shanghai, is hiring a Chinese Digital Marketing Associate in Bangkok. Our clients are on the most popular Chinese social media channels, such as Sina Weibo, WeChat, YouKu, Tencent Weibo and Sina Blog. We also assist them on Baidu with SEO and PPC Ads and on e-commerce platforms such as Taobao and Tmall.
In addition, we connect our clients with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and arrange trips for them from China to Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and other countries.

Job Description:
- Work closely with Creative Director and Account Manager to develop a customized strategy for new clients and revisit strategies for existing clients
- Coordinate ad and content graphics with Graphic Designer
- Develop and manage strategic content for various social media channels
- Engage directly with audiences across multiple social media channels
- Design online marketing campaigns to drive engagement and click conversions
- Monitor and manage online reputation for clients
- Create comprehensive reports to analyze performance of each digital channel used
- Research and present trends in Chinese digital marketing
- Connect with KOLs
- Basic graphic design and photo editing
- Translate from English to Chinese
- Travel
- Take part in meetings with clients
Minimum Qualifications:
- Native Chinese speaker
- Bachelors Degree (marketing preferred, but not required)
- 1-2 years of work experience (internship experience ok)
- Speak, read and write English
- Chinese social media user
- Excellent command of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with graphic design and photo editing (you can use filters on Instagram)
- Interest in digital technology, marketing and social media
- Creative and self-motivated
